Networkth was built on a simple observation: the most successful people in business didn't get there by following a generic networking guide.
After years working alongside founders, funders, and operators, we kept noticing the same pattern: the people who moved fastest weren't the ones with the best decks or the longest resumes. They were the ones with the right relationships at the right time.
They'd cultivated deep, specific, high-trust connections — with investors who'd already backed them mentally before the ask, with customers who called them first, with operators who built their teams with them. Not because they networked harder, but because they networked better.
Networkth exists to make that kind of intentional network growth accessible — with the rigor of a strategy firm and the texture of someone who's done it firsthand. Every engagement is bespoke. Known for blending creative vision with strategic execution, she has built and elevated brands across diverse industries, markets, and audiences.
Olivia holds an M.A. from the University of Denver and a B.A.Sc. from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.

Wes Yee is a marketing and growth leader with experience spanning fintech, knowledge management, employee benefits, and consumer lifestyle, having led marketing and growth functions at Ramp, Flex, Guru, and Sequoia Consulting Group — companies backed by Founders Fund, Thrive Capital, FirstMark Capital, and Emergence Capital. He is also an active angel investor and limited partner across more than 150 businesses.
Wes holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from California State University, East Bay.
